2012 LMS - Musician Information

Thank you all so much for volunteering to help this wonderful cause! Let's make this the best year for Local Music yet!!

Just some basic info:

All bands will need their own equipment. There will be a PA system, microphones and a sound person at each venue to take care of sound, but all equipment is the responsibility of the bands. (Drums, Amp, Instruments, etc.).

Please let the band/musician(s) playing before you break down and unload all of their equipment from the stage before setting up your equipment (unless otherwise instructed by the sound person).

Each group will have 40-45 minutes of play time and 15-20 minutes of breakdown/change over time. Please break down as quickly as possible, because in that time the new band will also need to be setting up.

Please remember to stop at Infinity (115 E 3rd St)  to pick up your wristbands for the group between 4pm and 5:30pm on Saturday, and remember that each GROUP is allotted ONE complimentary guest wristband. All band members will receive a complimentary wrist band. All other guests will need to purchase a $10.00 All Access Band. There will be no $5.00 single venue bands this year.
Between the time of 5:30pm and 6:00pm no one will be available at Infinity as we will be getting the venues set up. Please note that if you do not stop at Infinity for your Band Packet between 4:00pm and 5:30pm your wristbands will be moved to your venue. If you are playing in multiple venues (i.e. solo & band) your personal wristband will be at the venue where you play first. So, if you are a soloist and playing in a band and your solo slot is first, your wristband will not be included in the packet with the rest of your band.
